Monday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday: Off

Booking Policy

There is a deposit in each service that is nonrefundable but it does go towards your service. Deposits will not go towards your service if you cancel less than 72 hours in advance or do a no-show. Therefore if you decide to make a new appointment a new deposit will be required.

Late Policy

Please be thoughtful of my time as I do service other clients and may be booked back to back. 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment and deposit.

No Show Policy

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment. You will be charged an extra $100 and probably won't be able to reschedule again in the future.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up for the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay your appointment in full once the service is completed.

Please note that all services rendered are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any services once they have been completed.
